Vincent started his professional career at an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited Testing and Calibration Laboratory in Nairobi, Kenya where he worked for 7 years, before transiting to fulltime consulting and project management work as a freelance Independent Contractor in 2017. He has led 60+ project assignments in Training, Consulting and Certification/Accreditation in Africa. His regional experience cuts across a number of countries among them being; South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zambia, Angola, Ghana, Tunisia.

 He joined IBRATSA in April 2020 as an Independent Contractor-Lead Auditor.
