This course is designed to assist individuals who are tasked with the documentation and implementation of ISO 9001 to gain the necessary competencies. Competency is gauged by three things:
- What do you know? (Knowledge)
- What are you able to do? (Skill)
- Are you willing to do it? (behaviour)
During this training course, you will be able to understand the different elements of a QMS, including QMS policy, procedures, performance measurements, management commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.
