Desire started his career in Medical Diagnostic Laboratories where he worked as a Laboratory Technologist where he gained hands on experience in all aspects of Medical Diagnostic Laboratories. Over the last 10 years he has been working in the Conformity Assessment Industry as a Lead Auditor and Trainer. He joined IBRATSA in December 2020 as an Independent Contractor-Lead Auditor.
